What "database access" actually means
Business tier customers get programmatic read access to the full probate corpus — every decedent, every heir, every filing, every linked record — through a documented REST API plus periodic bulk dumps for your data warehouse. If your title team runs its own tooling (most operator title departments do), you don't have to retype anything from probate.report into your runsheet system. The database is the integration.
If you're a solo landman, you don't need this. If you're a firm, an operator, or a mineral buyer running thousands of lookups a month, this is the whole reason to pick the Business tier.
